What are some great natural skin care products ( oatmeal, bananas ect.)?
I absolutely LOVE unrefined coconut oil as a moisturizer. You can get it at just about any health food store in the cooking oil section.

Avocados, green tea, olive oil, coconuts, and cucumbers are great for your skin as well. Sugar and anything with a rough texture can be a good exfoliater. And anything with good fats and/or vitamin C, E, or D is good for your skin.

They just did a thing on the View today about bizarre facials or something and one of them involved egg whites and beer. Supposed to be like an instant face lift.

Here’s two that I use that work for me:
1) Mix egg whites and plain oatmeal together and spread on your face like a mask for about 15 – 20 minutes, then rinse off. It’s a mask that will make your skin feel tighter and younger and very fresh.
2) For a cystic pimple, put hot water on a cotton ball, and sprinkle with salt. Press to pimple for 5 minutes and it will shrink. Then apply a dab of honey for 15 minutes, then rinse off.

Honey is Great!
Begin by taking an inventory of potential natural skin care ingredients available in your cupboards and refrigerator. The most common items include citrus fruits, dairy items, sugar, salt, vinegars, aspirin, eggs, honey, oatmeal, olive oil and tea bags.
Decide on the natural skin care ingredients that best address your skin type and skin care issues. Oil skin types will want to focus on more astringent ingredients such as citrus and exfoliating salt or sugar scrubs while sensitive skin types will want to include more soothing items such as olive oil, dairy products and honey.
Develop a natural skin care routine that incorporates a cleansing, scrub, toning, and moisturizing recipe using the natural ingredients best suited for your skin type. A normal skin type might use a sea salt scrub recipe followed by a lemon juice toner and olive oil based moisturizer.
Start collecting natural skin care recipes and experiment with ingredients to determine which are best suited to address your skin care needs.
Most skin types benefit from regular facial steams and a weekly facial treatment. Try whipping up a 10 minute enriching moisturizing facial mask from an egg, a packet of unflavored gelatin, a squeeze of lemon, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Hope I helped!

The best facial mask that i have found is honey. Use warm cloth to open pores, smear on honey, leave on 15 to 30 minutes, rinse off with warm water, and then use cold water to close pores. Use for 3 days in a row and then once a week. Sometimes I mix a little gound oatmeal with the honey, which makes a great mask.
I use egg whites. Just beat one egg white until it is frothy. Spread it all over your face. Wait until it dries. Rinse it off. My face feels very clean and "tight" after this application. And then I use the yolk for cooking.( I have yet to have found a use for the shell)
And also Aloe Vera is great….Especially if you have Succulent plant growing at ur place…if not buy some aloe vera gel…apply it as mask for 15 mins …2 to 3 times a week
and after a month ..u r skin will glow..
